Important Information:

Land Acknowledgement: “We acknowledge that Conservation Halton Parks sit on the treaty lands and traditional territory of the Anishinaabe, the Haudenosaunee, the Huron-Wendat and Neutral Peoples.

We offer this acknowledgement not as a formality, but as a recognition of the relationships that continue to exist between Indigenous Peoples and these lands.

These trails are not new paths. They are ancient ones, worn smooth by the footsteps of those who gathered medicines, taught their children, and sang to the waters.

We walk in their footprints when we return to the land for healing. And we do so with humility and gratitude."
