The course will be run clockwise. Runners will begin their race by clearing a band of boulders with the first 400m will be flat double track then we dip into a 200m section of singletrack so will want to ensure fast runners are at the front. Racers will then have another 400m of double track before entering the biggest climb on the course and 1.5km of technical single track. The next 3.5km is double wide hilly Nordic trail around Kettle Lake. Runners will make a sharp right into the final 400m of technical single track at just under 6km mark and drop out onto the double track for a fast and flat 1.5km of double wide trail back to the start finish area. Enduro runners will begin a second lap turning right after the aid station by the playground.

Kids race(3.4km) will follow the same route for the first 600m then climb to the top of the big hill via a fun singletrack and come down the single track that the sport/enduro runners will climb. Last 2km is fast and flat.

Remember to be kind when passing/being passed and to thank a volunteer.
