If you were on the Powderface registration page and saw an option for a 3 month coaching  package, here is what it entails:

Jacob will contact you with a lengthy questionnaire and will need to review your race goals and lifestyle.  After completing the questionnaire, Jacob will build you a custom training plan, specific to your needs, skills, experience level, fitness and goals.  

The cost for this special Powderface plan is $325.00 plus GST.  It can be purchased at checkout when you register for Powderface.

PERSONAL COACHING

Would you like a coach by your side as you train for your race? Sign up for our Personal Coaching and you'll not only have an expert to plan your training but someone to talk with about race strategy, performance nutrition, injury prevention, stretching and much, much more. And best of all, communication is UNLIMITED. Call, email, text, Skype as much as you'd like. We emphasize the "personal" in personal coaching and you'll see why one of our athletes said, "I've tried them all and McMillan is the best!"

Unlike other coaching programs, we don't limit the number of calls or e-mails from athletes. We wholeheartedly welcome and encourage your feedback as often as necessary, especially in the early part of the training schedule. Ask all your questions. Let us know how things are going - both physically and mentally. You are the only one who truly knows your body so we rely on your feedback to keep your program on the fast track to success.
