Whether you are looking to run your first 5 Peaks Trail Run, set a new PB, or step up in distance, you can take the guess work out of your training by entrusting Peak Run Performance with the planning.
We are offering two coaching options through Peak Run Performance to the 5 Peaks Trail Running Community: Tailored Training Plans & One-on-One Coaching.
Tailored Training Plans
Tailored training plans are exactly what they sound like. You select your goal race and sign up for a tailored training plan with Peak Run Performance. Coach Jacob Puzey works with you to determine your experience, goals, and life schedule and then he will tailor a training plan specific to you, to help you prepare for your goal race. He'll help you take the guess work out of training for less than $30 a week.
For those who feel they need a bit more guidance, Peak Run Performance offers One-on-One Coaching: Work one-on-one with an accomplished, experienced, internationally certified running coach for less than $50 a week. You select a goal race and Coach Jacob Puzey will tailor a training plan specific to your goal race, your experience, your goals, and your life schedule. Then Jacob will review your training regularly and be available for regular correspondence to discuss your progress and any questions or concerns you have along the way.
