British Columbia Trail Races

The British Columbia Region was the first set of trail races organized by 5 Peaks and remains one of the most popular. These trail running races conquer trails from those at Whistler-Blackcomb to Golden Ears park.

Alice Lake - Race 1

SOLD OUT - April 14, 2018

Cypress Mountain - Race 4

Sunday July 15, 2018.

This 100% brand new course runs through a beautiful old growth forest, some of the highest views on the North Shore, and has plenty of vertical to work your legs.  All runners start on the lush Howe Sound Crest Trail and climb before turning back towards the ski area where you'll face the grind up to the top of Lions Express chairlift. The Sport course turns for an all downhill finish, while the Enduro continues up with a mind-blowing view at the top of Mt. Strachan before racing back down.

Golden Ears - Race 2

Saturday, May 12, 2018

Whistler Blackcomb - Race 5

Saturday, August 25, 2018.

Mt. Seymour - Race 3

June 16, 2018

Due to a high level of snow still covering the Mt Seymour trails, we will be moving our race for this Saturday, June 16th to Golden Ears. The safety of our runners is our #1 concern and we cannot hold a race safely on the Mt Seymour trails at this time.

Please see the previous Golden Ears event page for more race day details. The only change will be that to switch things up for our regular racers, we will be running the course BACKWARDS from the normal direction.

**Registration fees, park fees (where applicable) & GST not included.

For all races and events, please bring your own reusable cup/container. Thank-you for being a part of our commitment to the environment!

5 Peaks races are known for their incredible staff and volunteers, abundant food, custom hand-made pottery medals, commitment to sound environmental practices, multiple age group ceremonies for all ages from kids to seniors, great draw prizes, games AND music.

Come see for yourself. Once you've attended the first race, you'll be hooked.
